A German word which translates to “homeland,” heimat describes a feeling of familiarity and belonging.

Born and raised in the small town of Bersrod, Germany—home to around 800 inhabitants—Chef Peter Find has a deep appreciation for the regional cuisines of his native country. At Heimat, he invites you to experience his modern approach to traditional dishes which have been elevated and refined to match his vision of what German cuisine should look like in the 21st century.
