Headed by Le Cordon Bleu-trained sommelière Olivia Lee, Penticton specializes in small-batch bottles sourced directly from top-notch artisanal producers, including the classic, uncommon & natural collections. Each describes a style, a perspective for everyone in the wine-loving community and connoisseurs looking for something different.

Founded in 2018, Penticton operates as an importer and retailer in Hong Kong and Greater China.
